Valentine’s Day Love in the Home-Part 2
Happy Valentine’s Day!
Exactly one year ago I did a blog post called Love in the Home-Valentine’s Day (you can read it here) and today I am going to do a part two. In this two-part post, I share little Valentine’s Day themed corners of my home.
So grab some hot coffee, or tea, and join me as we take a look inside my home.
This set of ‘yours’ and ‘mine’ mugs are made by Rae Dunn.
I handmade this cute banner using quilting and cross stitch and hung it on the wall with this adorable heart shaped wire hanger.
I decorated a couple shelves on my bookcases with prints, polaroids, candles, and a vintage candle holder I received as a gift.
This adorable heart-shaped wood bookend is from Hobby Lobby.
This cute miniature bowl set I got from Target, along with the heart-shaped ceramics.
This mug set and blanket I snatched up at TJ Maxx.
The pink heart-shaped banner and red love letter banner are from Michelle Reneé and you can find her shop here.
On the left side of the mantle, I placed a wood ‘love’ sign from Target, happy flags I had handmade, and a candle & silver vase from Bath & Body Works.
On the right side of the mantle, I placed two candles on top silver holders from Bath & Body Works and framed a small print from Paper & Honey I received at the Creative at Heart Conference.
In the center of the mantle, I hung a window I found at a flea market and draped the Love Letters banner from Michelle across the top.
& that concludes our miniature home tour on this Valentine’s Day.
I love keeping things simple and decorating small corners of my home to fill it with lots of love and happiness.
I hope that you have a wonderful Valentine’s day and that your home is filled with love on this special day.
